1. Services

BCM GLAZING & SHOPFRONTS LTD provides commercial glazing, shopfront installation, and related construction services. All work is carried out in accordance with British Standards and relevant building regulations.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations include materials and labour unless specified. Additional work requested beyond the quoted scope will be charged separately.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work. We accept bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and business cheques.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 14 days of booking for a full deposit refund, provided work has not commenced.

After work begins: If work has started, we will refund any unused materials minus a reasonable charge for work completed to date.

Defective work: If we fail to complete work to the agreed standard, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost or provide a pro-rata refund.

5. Warranty

All installations come with a 5-year workmanship warranty. Glass and hardware are covered by manufacturer warranties (typically 2-10 years). Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We carry comprehensive public liability insurance (£5,000,000) and employer's liability insurance.
