This is a fixed 30-minute online one-to-one consultation service, providing professional confirmation services for the specifications and parameters of standard glass products. The service charge covers a one-time professional confirmation service and a formal electronic record delivered via email after the consultation. This confirmation service excludes custom glass processing, on-site inspection, installation services and any additional confirmation requests beyond the initial consultation. All confirmation results are based on standard product data provided by our company and are for reference only; the customer shall be responsible for verifying the suitability of the confirmed specifications for their specific project.
