Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
This policy sets out the terms for order cancellation and refund requests related to consulting services, glass & accessory supplies, and glass processing & care services provided by BCM GLAZING & SHOPFRONTS LTD.
All requests are assessed based on the service stage, order status, and the conditions outlined below. Requests must be submitted in writing via our official contact channels.
2. Order Cancellation Terms
Cancellation requests are subject to the following time-based conditions:
- Cancellations for unprocessed orders: Accepted up to **2 business days** after payment confirmation
- Cancellations for ongoing consulting or planning services: Accepted before work commencement
- Cancellations for physical goods: Not accepted once items have been dispatched
- Cancellations for processed glass items: Not accepted once production has started
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are approved only in the following circumstances:
- Unprocessed orders cancelled within the permitted 2‑day period
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Service cannot be provided due to internal operational reasons
- Physical goods arrive with unforeseen manufacturing defects
4. Non-Refundable Items & Services
Bespoke & Custom-Made Glass Products – Final Sale, No Returns, No Cancellation.
All customised, made-to-measure, tailor-cut glass products are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production or custom processing has begun.
The following categories are not eligible for refunds:
- Electronic documents, digital guides and online consulting once delivered
- Custom-processed glass products once work is completed
- Physical goods that have been dispatched or delivered
- On-site measurement services once completed
- Packaging services once finished
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refund requests follow a clear processing schedule:
- Refund applications are reviewed within **3–5 business days**
- Approved refunds are processed within **5–10 business days** of confirmation
- Refunds are returned via the original payment method used at checkout
- Processing times may vary slightly depending on external payment handlers
6. How to Submit a Request
To request a cancellation or refund, please provide your order number, full name, email address and reason for the request. We will review and respond in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
