Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

BCM GLAZING & SHOPFRONTS LTD provides consulting services, glass material supply, glass processing, and protective packaging services for customers in the UK and selected European regions. All services are provided in accordance with these terms. Our services include: consulting guidance, dimension measuring, glass processing, material supply, and packaging support. We reserve the right to adjust service scope without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are confirmed upon successful payment completion. Prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable service fees as stated on product pages. Payments are processed securely, and all transaction details are protected in accordance with data protection regulations.

3. Service Usage & Delivery

  • Consulting and planning services are delivered electronically via email or digital documents.
  • Glass materials and accessories are provided as per standard specifications listed on the product page.
  • Packaging and processing services are completed in accordance with customer-submitted requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for the proper use, handling, and storage of all supplied materials and processed products.

4. On-Site & Visiting Service Terms

Service Scope: Our on-site services include in-person site surveys, on-site dimension measurement, property assessment, and installation consultation carried out at the customer’s specified location within the UK service area.

On-Site Acceptance Standard: All on-site inspections, measurements and field assessments shall be confirmed and verified on location at the time of visit. Once on-site work is completed and agreed by both parties, the service is deemed fully finished and non-refundable.

Customer Responsibilities & Site Preparation:

  • Customers must provide a safe, clear and accessible working environment before our on-site staff arrival.
  • Clear work areas, remove obstacles, and ensure safe passage for staff and equipment access.
  • Customers shall take full responsibility for the protection of personal furniture, decorations and private belongings within the working area.
  • Any delays or service restrictions caused by unprepared customer premises will not qualify for price reductions, discounts or refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide all services and products on a reasonable care basis. We are not liable for issues arising from improper use, mishandling, or incorrect application of our services, materials, or processed products by the customer. Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product purchased by the customer, in accordance with standard commercial practices.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Customers are encouraged to review these terms regularly for any changes.
